- Acceptance of Terms

- (vi) Any mistakes or omissions in such substance or for any loss/damage resulting from the use of content posted, e-mailed, transmitted or offered otherwise through SHIFT TV Platform irrespective of warranty basis, contract (express or implied), tort (including negligence) or other legal framework whether Company has been advised on probable occurrence such harm might generate.
You waive liability regarding the points written above. You will entirely answer for it to the maximum extent allowed under the law of that location. Shift TV does not guarantee that any misleading or unlawful user content or actions of third parties that lead to an inherent risk of damage just from your side will make you responsible.
- Indemnity
In the case of any such claims, damages, suits or losses, including costs (and this sentence covers attorney fees) arising from: you agree to defend, indemnify and hold harmless Shift TV, its parent company and all officers, directors, employees and agents.
- i) Your use of and access to the Shift TV platform;
ii)Your infringement of any condition outlined in this Terms of Service;
iii) Any breach you made to any right belonging to another person, including but not restricted to copyright;
- vi) Any assertion stating that one of your submissions as a user has harmed another person or entity.
This defence and indemnification obligation will last beyond the lifespan of these Terms of Service or the period you take for using the Shift TV platform in question.
- Ability to Accept Terms of Service
You attest that you are either beyond the age of eighteen (18) years, or have procured the required legitimate parental or guardian approval, and are entirely adept in entering into the agreements, conditions, obligations, affirmations, representations, and warranties enumerated in these Terms of Use. Furthermore, it is obliged to adhere to and comply with them.
- Assignment
You cannot assign or transfer these Terms without rights and licenses, but Shift TV can assign them.
